How the process works
A visa application has two halves: the file you prepare, and the decision an authority makes. This page is the first half — how work with Schengen Partners actually runs.
The short version of this journey is also on How it works. The words below match the screens you will see.
- 01
Tell us the basic facts
Complete the preliminary assessment. No passports, bank statements or identity numbers at this stage.
- 02
Agree the scope and pay
Choose individual services or the complete package. Website customers pay on the case. Fiverr customers pay on Fiverr.
- 03
Answer the questionnaire
The longer form inside the case. Cover letters and itineraries are written from these answers.
- 04
Send documents as they are ready
Upload opens after payment. Work from Your next actions. Cover letters and itineraries are written by the team — you do not upload those.
- 05
Read the drafts, then you submit
You confirm every draft is true. You book the appointment, give biometrics, and lodge the application with the competent authority.
Two ways in
This website. Start with the preliminary assessment. After scope and payment, you sign in and work on the case here.
Fiverr. Conversation, ordering and payment stay on Fiverr. The team opens the same kind of case from the spreadsheet you return. An email then arrives with the case reference and sign-in details. The case continues on this site because a Fiverr order cannot stay open for the months a visa file can take.
Both routes end in the same dashboard. The assessment guide explains the website form. What happens after you pay explains the case itself.
What you pay us for, and what you still pay elsewhere
Our fee is preparation: checklist, letters, itinerary, review and guidance, according to what you ordered. See pricing. You can buy one item or the complete package.
Embassy fees, visa-centre fees, insurance, translation, legalisation and your own bookings are paid to those providers. They are not included.
When documents are requested
Sensitive files are requested after the service has begun and payment has cleared. Until then, the assessment asks for basic facts only. Uploading on the case is blocked until the case is marked paid — either by a payment on this site, or by the team recording a Fiverr payment.
You can still open the questionnaire, read the checklist, mark I do not have this, and send messages before uploads open.
What we write, and what you send
Cover letters and itineraries are marked Provided by: Schengen Partners. The team writes them from the questionnaire. You read the draft and confirm it is true. You do not upload a template for us to edit.
Passport scans, bank records, invitations and similar items are Provided by: You. The documents guide explains the statuses and buttons.
What you still do yourself
- Confirm that every statement and document is genuine
- Book the appointment through the normal official channel
- Attend in person, give biometrics, and sign the forms
- Answer official interview questions yourself
- Pay official fees to the authority or visa centre
- Lodge the application with the competent authority
We can prepare the file and practise truthful answers with you. We cannot sit the appointment, accelerate processing, or decide the visa. That line is in What Schengen Partners does and does not do.
How long this takes
Preparation time depends on how quickly answers and documents arrive, and on the scope you bought. Consular processing is a separate clock — often quoted at 15 calendar days, sometimes longer. We cannot shorten that clock.
A case can run for months. Saved answers and uploaded files stay until you come back.
