What this form is for

The preliminary assessment collects enough facts for us to see what kind of preparation you may need, and at what price. It has four steps: Contact details, Proposed trip, Circumstances, and Consent.

Do not treat it as the start of an official application. The page says so on the last step: the form is not submitted to an embassy, consulate, government or official visa application centre.

What not to send

Do not enter or attach:

• Passport numbers
• Bank-account numbers
• Government identity numbers
• Medical records
• Scans of passports, statements or invitations

Those belong later, on the case, after payment. The short case description has a 1,500-character limit and asks you not to include sensitive document numbers.

The four steps

1. Contact details

Full name, email, preferred contact route (Email or Fiverr), country of current residence, and nationality. If you choose Fiverr, the form also asks for your Fiverr username.

2. Proposed trip

The form asks:

• Main Schengen destination — one country from the list
• Purpose of travel — Tourism, Family or friends visit, Business, Cultural or event visit, or Other short stay
• Approximate intended arrival date — optional, month only
• Intended length of stay
• Who will pay for the trip — Applicant, Host or sponsor, Shared costs, or Not yet decided
• Intended accommodation — Hotel or paid accommodation, Staying with host, Combination, or Not yet decided

3. Circumstances

Current status (employed, self-employed, business owner, retired, student, unemployed, or other), previous international travel, and whether you have a previous visa refusal. If you answer Yes, you may add country and year — still without attaching the letter.

Short case description: at least 80 characters. Write the trip in plain language — who you are visiting, how it is funded, anything unusual.

Assistance required is a set of boxes. Tick what you want:

Tick Not sure if you cannot choose. That is a useful answer. A person will read the assessment before you are sent to a menu of services.

4. Consent

Four statements must be ticked, in the wording on the form:

• I understand that Schengen Partners is an independent application-support service and does not issue or decide visas.
• I understand that Schengen Partners is not an embassy, consulate, government authority, official visa application centre, immigration law firm or travel agency.
• I understand that purchasing a service does not guarantee visa approval, appointment availability, processing time or entry at the border.
• I confirm that the information I provide is truthful and that I will review all documents before submission.

You also agree to the Terms and Conditions and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy. Optional: occasional articles and service updates. There is a security check on this step.

What happens after you submit

You land on a confirmation page titled Your Assessment Request Has Been Received. Do not send sensitive documents until we ask.

What happens next depends on what you asked for:

• Straightforward requests for one to three specific services, with no previous refusal, may open a case so you can choose and pay without waiting for a written reply.
• A previous refusal, Not sure, complete application review, or four or more services are read by a person first. You then hear from us with a recommended scope.

The confirmation page currently uses the same wording for both paths. If a sign-in email also arrives, the case is already open — use that email rather than waiting for a second reply.

Either way, you still choose what to buy on the order page. The assessment does not lock you into the boxes you ticked.
