Questions about using your case
Answers drawn from how the case actually works. Questions about whether we issue visas, or whether paying changes a decision, are on the public FAQ.
Yes. The product does not check whether you have already lodged an application or booked an appointment. You can still complete the questionnaire, send documents, and receive drafts. You remain responsible for what you submit to the competent authority, and for whether those materials still match an application that is already in progress. Schengen Partners does not submit the application for you unless that was expressly agreed.
Open the questionnaire, correct the dates, and use Submit updates. Then tell the team in Messages, because the cover letter and itinerary are written from those answers. If flights, insurance or accommodation have already been sent, replace the files that no longer match. A wrong date left in the questionnaire is how the package drifts out of line.
The questionnaire asks: Have you ever been refused a visa for any country? Answer that truthfully. Send the refusal letter on Documents if you have it. The team can review the stated reasons and help present genuine evidence more clearly. A previous refusal is not treated as the end of the case. It also does not mean a later application will be approved. We cannot reverse a refusal.
You, the reviewer assigned to your case, and Schengen Partners administrators. Files are stored privately. They are not sent to an embassy by us. A download uses a signed link that expires after 120 seconds. Emails about the case do not attach the files. Other customers cannot see your case.
Sign in. On the case, open Documents (Your Application Preparation) and use Download on the file. Drafts the team wrote are under Deliverables. The dashboard also has Your Documents, which lists current files across your cases, including a case that no longer appears on the home list because it was archived. Each download link lasts two minutes; use Download again if it has expired. Keep your own copies as well. Paid working files are normally kept up to 24 months after the order is completed or cancelled. Copies of highly sensitive supporting documents are normally deleted no later than 12 months after completion, unless you ask for earlier deletion or the law requires us to keep them. The Privacy Policy has the full schedule.
The overview can show the stage Closed once work is complete. Separately, the team may archive the case. An archived case is read-only: the questionnaire cannot be edited, new files cannot be uploaded, and new messages cannot be sent. Earlier messages and files remain visible. Archived cases are hidden from the main dashboard list; Your Documents and a saved case link still reach the files while they are retained. After the retention period they are deleted. Closing or archiving a case is not a visa decision.
