Schengen Partners does not issue, approve, refuse, stamp, endorse, extend, accelerate or guarantee visas.
We are an independent application-support and document-preparation service. Our role is to help customers organise and explain their own truthful information more clearly. We do not replace the competent embassy, consulate, government authority or authorised visa application centre.
The final decision on a Schengen visa application is made only by the competent embassy, consulate or other authorised government authority.

Our work concerns how genuine information is organised and communicated. We do not create eligibility, change the law or control how an authority evaluates the evidence.
Our limitations do not mean that the customer is left to manage the preparation alone. Each boundary has a corresponding area in which Schengen Partners can provide practical, case-specific assistance.
What Schengen Partners can do for you
We can analyse the case, explain published requirements, organise the application package, identify missing or inconsistent evidence, and help present the applicant’s genuine circumstances clearly for assessment by the competent authority.
Outside our role or control
We are not an embassy, consulate, visa application centre, government department or official portal. We are not affiliated with the Government of the Netherlands, the European Union, VFS Global or any other immigration authority. We cannot issue or approve visas.
What Schengen Partners can do for you
We can explain publicly available requirements, provide document-preparation guidance, draft factual supporting statements, identify issues that may require legal advice, and recommend that the customer consult a qualified professional where the matter falls outside our role.
Outside our role or control
We are not an immigration law firm and do not act as lawyers, legal representatives or regulated immigration advisers. We cannot provide legal representation, conduct an appeal as legal counsel or make an official eligibility determination.
What Schengen Partners can do for you
Where included in the agreed service, we can prepare a realistic itinerary, help the customer identify a genuine and verifiable temporary reservation or booking hold where permitted, check that travel records match the proposed dates, explain published Schengen insurance requirements, help compare suitable policies, and assist while the customer purchases directly from the selected provider.
Outside our role or control
We are not a travel agency, airline, hotel, accommodation provider or insurer. We do not issue tickets or insurance policies and cannot control availability, prices, refunds or provider terms.
What Schengen Partners can do for you
We can identify the appropriate published application channel, guide or assist the customer through the normal booking process where agreed, explain what information should be ready, help avoid preventable booking mistakes, and prepare the document package for the selected appointment.
Outside our role or control
We cannot create preferential appointment availability, bypass an official booking system, accelerate government processing or control when appointments are released.
What Schengen Partners can do for you
We can organise the submission file, prepare a final appointment checklist, check that the expected originals and copies are ready, develop likely questions based on the case, and help the applicant practise truthful answers that remain consistent with the written application.
Outside our role or control
We cannot replace the applicant where personal attendance is required, provide biometrics, sign declarations for the applicant or answer official interview questions on the applicant’s behalf.
What Schengen Partners can do for you
We can identify legitimate alternative evidence when a conventional document is unavailable, explain how several genuine records may support one fact, draft accurate explanatory letters, and check for contradictions, missing pages, unclear dates and unsupported claims.
Outside our role or control
We cannot manufacture eligibility, create or alter evidence, conceal relevant facts or advise anyone to make an untrue statement.

We can apply case-specific analysis, careful document checks, professional drafting and structured preparation to reduce avoidable errors and make the application more coherent, credible and easier to understand.
Outside our role or control
We cannot influence a visa officer, remove the authority’s discretion or guarantee approval. The service fee does not purchase a visa or favourable decision.
What Schengen Partners can do for you
We can provide a preparation plan, explain what remains outstanding, review agreed final drafts, remind the applicant and sponsor of important responsibilities, and remain a practical preparation partner throughout the purchased service period.
Outside our role or control
We cannot accept responsibility for undisclosed facts, inaccurate information supplied to us, third-party document authenticity, official fees, missed appointments or decisions made by authorities and commercial providers.
The value of professional preparation
A visa application is not improved merely by making the file larger. Relevant documents, truthful explanations and a realistic travel plan should support one another. Our role is to reduce preventable errors, contradictions, weak explanations and disorganised presentation, so the competent authority can understand the application as clearly as possible.
The service fee pays for professional time, document analysis, case-specific judgement, drafting, organisation, consistency checks and preparation guidance. It does not purchase a visa, special access or a favourable decision.

We do not represent a country, diplomatic mission or consular post. We cannot accept an application in an official capacity or communicate a government decision.
This website is privately operated. It is not a government website and is not part of an official European Union, Schengen or national immigration system.
We cannot issue a visa, place a visa sticker in a passport or authorise entry into any country.
We are not VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International or another external service provider officially appointed to collect and transmit applications for a government.
We do not act as lawyers, provide legal representation or create a lawyer-client relationship. Matters involving appeals, litigation, alleged misrepresentation, removal, bans or complex legal rights should be addressed by an appropriately qualified professional.
We do not sell travel packages, flights, accommodation or tours. An itinerary prepared as part of our service is an application-support document based on the customer’s proposed plans, not a confirmed travel booking.

We have no private channel to decision-makers, no priority appointment access and no ability to accelerate official processing.
No customer receives preferential treatment from an authority because they used our service.
Paying for professional preparation does not purchase a visa and does not guarantee a decision.
Our service may help a customer organise genuine evidence, identify inconsistencies and communicate facts more clearly. However, using our service does not change the legal requirements and does not oblige an authority to approve the application.
We do not advertise or promise:
Any person claiming to sell a guaranteed Schengen visa or guaranteed favourable decision should be treated with caution.
The applicant is responsible for:
The applicant must not submit wording or documents merely because Schengen Partners prepared or reviewed them. The applicant must first confirm that they accurately describe the real circumstances.

Schengen Partners does not create, alter or support false documents or false explanations.
We will not assist with invented employment, artificial financial history, false property ownership, false invitations, hidden refusals, fake relationships, fabricated travel plans or any other attempt to mislead an authority.
A visa does not necessarily create an unconditional right of entry. Border authorities may still examine whether a traveller meets the applicable entry requirements.
Schengen Partners cannot control or guarantee admission at the border.
