Guides
What happens after you pay
You have paid for preparation support. This page is what the next stretch of work looks like, including cases that run for months.
The two ways a case begins
Most cases start in one of two ways. Both end in the same dashboard.
An assessment on this website
You send basic facts through the preliminary assessment. Sensitive documents are not requested at that stage. The assessment guide explains every step of that form. After the scope and payment are agreed, you register an account if you do not already have one, then sign in at the sign-in page.
A Fiverr order with a spreadsheet
Ordering and payment stay on Fiverr. The team opens the case from the spreadsheet you returned. An email then arrives with the case reference, the sign-in address, and a temporary password. That password expires after a set number of days. If it stops working, use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Nothing already saved on the case is lost.
What an account is
An account is the sign-in that belongs to you. It is not a visa file at an embassy. From the dashboard you can open your case, the questionnaire, documents, messages, deliverables and the timeline.
Change a temporary password to one of your own from your profile when you first sign in.
What a case reference means
Every case has a reference in the form SP-YYYY-NNNN — for example SP-2026-0001. Use it when you write to the team. It is how we find your file. It has no standing with a consulate.
The order of work
- 01
Sign in to your case
Use the email address the order is under. Open the case whose reference looks like SP-2026-0001.
- 02
Complete the questionnaire
The answers are what the cover letter and itinerary are written from. Save a draft when you stop. You do not have to finish it in one sitting.
- 03
Work through documents
The Documents page is titled Your Application Preparation. Start with Your next actions. Upload what you already have. The team reviews, drafts and organises the package with you.
- 04
Read the drafts we write
Cover letters and day-by-day itineraries are written by Schengen Partners. When a draft is ready, it appears on Documents and under Deliverables.
- 05
Final review
The team checks that names, dates and explanations agree. You remain responsible for reading everything, confirming it is true, and submitting it to the competent authority.
A case can run for months
Appointments, missing papers and travel dates that move are ordinary. You can leave and come back. Uploaded files stay on the case. Questionnaire answers stay once you use Save draft or Submit questionnaire.
The form does not save when you close the tab. If you have typed answers you have not saved, use Save draft before you go.
Where to start when you sign in
Inside a case you will see:
- Overview — a summary and a shorter list of outstanding items
- Questionnaire — the background for the cover letter and itinerary
- Documents — titled Your Application Preparation
- Messages — writing to the case team
- Deliverables — drafts the team has published for you to download
- Timeline — what has already happened on the case
If you are not sure where to begin, open Documents and follow Your next actions. The documents guide explains that page in full.
