People search for visa help because the file feels high-stakes and unclear. Some sellers answer that anxiety with a promised outcome. That promise is not something an independent preparer can keep. Only the competent embassy, consulate or authorised government authority can approve or refuse.
Schengen Partners is explicit about this on the Independent Service Disclaimer, in the questionnaire confirmations, and on the pricing page. If a page anywhere offered a guaranteed visa, it would contradict the service.

We cannot influence a visa officer, remove the authority’s discretion or guarantee approval. The service fee does not purchase a visa or favourable decision.

You remain responsible for undisclosed facts, for papers a third party issued, for official fees, and for turning up. If dates change, the questionnaire has to change. If a sponsor’s situation changes, the file has to change. Preparation support cannot carry those facts for you.
The useful test before you pay is simple to state: do you want help organising a truthful file, or do you want someone to promise the decision. We offer the first. We refuse the second.
If the first is what you need, send basic facts through the preliminary assessment. Sensitive documents come after the scope and price are agreed.

We are not a travel agency, airline, hotel, accommodation provider or insurer. We do not issue tickets or insurance policies and cannot control availability, prices, refunds or provider terms.

We cannot create preferential appointment availability, bypass an official booking system, accelerate government processing or control when appointments are released.
