Usually not, and we never advise buying non-refundable travel before a decision. What matters is that the plan is genuine and that anything you do hold — a reservation, a booking hold — matches what the itinerary says.
Tell us and we will correct it. An itinerary that no longer matches your bookings is worse than a simple one that does.
